Rita H. Ghilani, M.Ed.
Founder and President, Programs for Working People
Rita has been providing work-life skills training since 1988. Her company, Programs for Working People, has benefited hundreds of companies – large and small organizations in both the public and private sectors – for almost three decades. Seminar clients have included:

In addition to her direct clients, Rita has worked with a number of the national EAPs and work-life vendors. Her specialties include stress management, effective communication, conflict resolution, change and time management, retirement, resilience, team building, customer service, the science of happiness, and mindfulness.
Rita has deep personal and professional interest in mindfulness and meditative practice, and has participated in a numerous programs at UMass Center for Mindfulness, as well as at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She has a well-established meditation practice; mindfulness and the science of happiness are threads that run through many of her sessions.
Rita earned a Bachelors of Science and a Masters in Education at Framingham State University, and studied work/life seminar design and delivery at Wheelock College. She has a Certification in Positive Psychology from the Wholebeing Institute.
Before Programs for Working People, she taught Child Development to high school students in Natick, Massachusetts.
