Delivery Strategies

Sessions are presented in an interactive format that allows participants to learn from each other as well as from the training professional. Attendees express concerns, ask questions, gather new strategies, and share successful tips.

Instructional Methods

Training methods include brief mini-lectures, guided exercises, and carefully led, interactive discussions. PowerPoint frames the presentation, and additional handouts are often provided. Materials are also available for non-attendees if desired. 

Session Length

Many of the topics can be delivered in half-day or full-day programs; some are more suited to shorter sessions of 60-90 minutes in length.

STRESS MANAGEMENT TOOLS AND SKILLS

We are all acutely aware of the reality that life is moving faster than it ever has in the past.
